moth mullein

The smell of a copycat Carrabba's lentil soup is permeating the house as I type my post tonight for 30 Days Wild, Day 30. The wildflower behind the good fence is a moth mullein. I retouched the image taking liberty of removing the daisy's that had seen better days. I then ran it through an app with painting ability. Hope you enjoy this beautiful flower.

Our Mullein in North Idaho looks different then yours. People around here harvest it as a herb for congestion.
Found your blog though Annie.
If you fine a few minute stop on over for a cup of coffee.
