Reserved parking isn't just for the handicapped or pregnant as this little house sparrow was parked in row ten. For a few minutes he sat watching the comings and goings of Wal- Mart customers. Isn't it adorable?
What a great shot! I wanted to a get a picture like this a while back when a few sparrows were on a sign that said, "15 minutes maximum", but they all flew away (and come to think of it, I didn't have my camera).
I think I forgot to post on this...I always laugh out at the strip pits. The birds tend to perch on the "no tresspassing, no hunting , no fishing' signs out there...all the time. Apparently they cannot read.
welcome to Naquillity Photography... may you thrive in this natural habitat of poetic and photographic moments from nature... take my hand and share the intricate threads along which i journey... hopefully you'll get lost somewhere between grey & emotion~

Nice one, indeed.

Love it. :)
I love all your bird images in your blog posts-- very nice!
So cute - and well spotted. I have a similar kind of photo which I should 'dig out' at some point. They make me smile!

What a cutie. I often wonder what animals think of the stuff we put up, like signs.
House sparrows are the masters of survival finding something to eat anywhere and a bath in a puddle...
