Big Bone Lick

A landscape shot from Big Bone Lick state park Saturday. I lightened, cropped and sharpened this photo before playing around with its color. I liked the end result even though I may have brought out to much blue in the water. Hopefully I've linked my original picture with the end result so you can mouseover and see the differences. Enjoy~

Note: My original picture seems squished up when you mouseover but I think you can still get an idea of what it looked like sooc (straight out of the camera).

It's beautiful. I love the brownness of it. Brownness. Yes, I've been in winter too long. But I didn't get the mouseover thing until I had clicked on the photo three times. Ima Dork.

It looks much better since you edited it. I don't know how to link photos like that.

Neither do I, but it's a great way to 'compare and contrast'. Fascinating!

Nice spring colours here!

When I saw the title, I was expecting to find a slobbery dog with a big bone. I was delighted to find your photo instead.

Hope you are well; things are progressing here.

Love

I don't think you made it too blue. It's lovely. I'm glad you got out, shooting in a beautiful place.

(Your link appears to be broken.)

Hope you're feeling great!

Beautiful. Editing a photo is art! What an amazing transition. Now if I only knew how this park got its name!
