Happy Holidays~

Last night I returned home from my last advanced photography class to find my husband and daughter had a surprise waiting for me. They had taken the Christmas tree down from the attic and put it up so we could decorate it tonight, together. I can't wait to see our stuffed snowman and the golden angel (fragile after many years of use) placed in its rightful spot.

Christmas cheer doesn't stop with the Christmas tree either as I'll be cooking a turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans and rolls for dinner tonight. I may even add some corn, stuffing and deviled eggs, we'll see. Outside we have a winter wonderland for building some snow people.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas... Happy Holidays~

What a delightful surprise for you! Maybe you could post a picture of your tree when you finish? I miss mine, for the movers were hard at work yesterday, and now my house is almost empty.

I will look forward to Christmas decorations--the tree especially--next year, in my new home.

Sounds like a lovely dinner. I am glad your Christmas tree was brought down and is ready to be decorated. I plan to decorate ours this weekend, the start of Maria's winter break and I won't have to babysit Rylan for 2 weeks. You know how it is with toddlers and ornaments...

What a wonderful surprise, very nice hubby & daughter you have!!! =)

Here is the Mouse Over instructions... it's really a lot of fun to play around w/! I use it to show the original, like today, & for black & white conversions, etc!

Thanks so much!

Hi Naq hope you're well, this year I let my two wee boys decorate our tree lol. They are aged 3 & 5 so you can imagine how that turned out. Merry Christmas when it comes.

SOunds like a very busy and exciting and fun day! Our snow is too dry to make snow people. :( Makes me sad. Hope you are able to make some and share some photos. :)

How lovely. I must drop some hints!

You sound a very dedicated cook. We could use some of your midweek cooking verve in our household. I don't want to admit what we ate last night - it WAS healthy, but a poor shadow of your feast.
