Terrific action shot, Michelle. I grew up in rural Norfolk, UK - where (alas) there were lots of farmed turkeys. These ones look as if they have a real zest for life.
welcome to Naquillity Photography... may you thrive in this natural habitat of poetic and photographic moments from nature... take my hand and share the intricate threads along which i journey... hopefully you'll get lost somewhere between grey & emotion~

What a good shot! Where were you, on a deck?
My grandpa, my mom's dad, used to turkey hunt. I can't see a turkey and not think of him.
turkeys for you...monkeys for me !
I wonder which group had the biggest attitude :)
What a great shot! Birds can be such a challenge to photograph.

I love living where sights such as these are available! I could never capture them, though. Great pictures!
Such military precision parade. The spread of its feathers makes for a nice pattern.
The wild turkeys around here are very shy. It's pretty unusual to be able to get a picture of them. I really like your turkeys!
Amazing birds! Wonderful photos.
both are lovely photos but the first is particularly eyecatching because the bird is flying into the picture...
they are just gorgeous!

Very appropriate for the season Michelle..could have been a 'sign of the season'...lol
I miss my wild turkeys from Fl!! They were so interesting to watch!

Oh man, look at those super birds! We have wild turkeys here but mostly on the other side of the lake. Great shots, Michelle.
