Today I'm sharing the geese in flight above the corn field. They decided to circle several times before landing somewhere amidst the crowd below. If you look closely you'll see the snow is falling. Hope everyone is well.

There is something mesmerising about geese in flight. These looked particularly wonderful when I clicked to enlarge. I could almost 'hear' them!
That must have been quite a sight! Lovely geese!
That second photo is especially interesting to me. I think it's intriguing how their wings looks so pointed or straight.

I love seeing all through...where I grew up we did not see geese very often, and if we did they were high up. Now, even though I can usually see some every day...somewhere if I try, I still get a big thrill from seeing them....
There is such power in the wing beats of the geese, yet they weight so little.. much less than you'd think...beautiful....
