Mottled tortoise beetle

Found this mottled tortoise beetle inside my home yesterday evening. After placing him outside I decided to take a photo and video. I'd never seen this beetle before. I was taken by how the protective shell looks much like the turtle's shell... hence its name, I suppose. Its coloring looks almost glittery. What finds have you enjoyed lately?
