Sorry I don't dare hazard a guess as to the flower (I'm always looking for help with that as well), but I enjoyed the tranquility in your photograph and fence.
I do like the photo, and looks like it could be multiflora rose...
I'm not sure what the flower is but I think it's quite lovely and the sunlight streaming in the photo is wonderful too.
I have no idea but it sure is retty. B
