trumpet vines

These trumpet vines are growing along both sides of the road near our house. The other day I went down to capture a turkey vulture eating a fish that was thrown out alongside the road. When I got down there the vulture flew away and never returned (at least not while I was there). So that all was not lost I snapped some shots of these trumpet vines and worked them up in photoshop to look dreamy. The ants must really like something about these flowers because they were crawling all over some blooms. I may share that picture another time. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

To be truthful, I am glad you didn't photograph the vulture dining on that fish! Lol.

I like the way the colors mix in that photo. And I can honestly say I like the flowers better than a turkey vulture munching on a fish in the middle of a road.
