shades of red



some flowers to brighten your day/ weekend... took these while out photographing the great blue herons last month.

This looks like an impressionist painting, I like it a lot.

I didn't climb to the top of the hill in that desert park, there were signs indicating it wasn't allowed. I didn't like that, where I live you can go pretty much anywhere you want on public property.

To me, Naquillity, it looked a bit like an oil by an Old Master ... such rich red texture.

@Al... thanks. i'm sorry you didn't get to go to the top. i'm sure it would have been a great view. you would think a public place would allow it to be open but i guess they're afraid of people falling or something.
