a doe and her fawn
My husband and daughter were on a country road last year when they saw these two deer: a doe and her fawn. The mother crossed quickly into the woods but as you'll see the baby had... a little trouble finding the right place to jump.

Poor thing! Thank goodness it found a route to get back to mom! What an amazing tail; it's like a huge feather, isn't it?
The doe and fawn always manage to find each other though. Sweet video!
