Dead Serious... About Life

Yesterday evening my daughter and I went to see the play Dead Serious... About Life. It was a play about how sex, drugs, alcohol, pregnancy, cutting, suicide and family relationships can play a role in a teens life and how they could change their lives by turning to God. Very powerful play. If you have the opportunity to see this play in your area it's worth the $9 entry fee. Plus, it allows you as a parent to talk with your child about the issues that face them in their schools/ homes today.

On our way to the performance we stopped by the bank and saw the American kestrel pictured above. Isn't she a beauty? It's not the best picture but you can at least see her features.

It is a nice picture. But it has unbalancing nature. If you could capture it by centering bird it will be nice more.

I hope my grandsons get a chance to see it.
We are going to start calling you the bird lady, you know!

Looks like a great Kestrel shot to me! They fly away so easily, it is hard to get shots of them.
