Improv Everywhere has done some really cool "missions," Grand Central being the best yet. I also love the U2 one, the Ben Folds, Best Buy, and Best Gig Ever. I heard about them on This American Life, which is also a great program if you've never listened to it. Thanks for the blog link!

I finger walked over to improve everywhere to check out the video, no doubt I'd imagine that a scene for a lifetime. Especially in GCS.

As for your poem, there is a duality or ubiquity in the words that almost sneaks up on the reader. Exercising not only the true nature of haiku, but catching anyone who hasn't been exposed to it for a time, off guard.
